On behalf of our school, I would like to welcome you all back to school next Monday, the 1st of September. School commences at 8.50 am, the hall will be open from 8.35 am. All classes will finish at 2.30 pm with the exception of 1st class and senior infants. Both of these classes finish at 1.30 pm. Junior infants will come to school at 10 am on Monday the 1st for a brief introductory session(Parents will stay with them). School for juniors will be from 8.50am to 12pm from Tuesday the 2nd until Friday the 19th of September, from then on finishing time will be 1.30 pm for juniors. Please ensure that your son has all of his books etc on return to school. Expenses and milk payments can be made online through this website or through the traditional envelope method. Huge work has been undertaken during the summer, including roof repairs, water conservation systems installed in all of the toilets, plastering of outside walls and the installation of 30 ipads in the computer room. These ipads will allow us to deliver technology education using the most advanced methodologies possible. We are very excited with this massive investment in our children’s education and we look forward to the looks on the faces of the boys when the see the new equipment in the computer room. The virtual classroom is not too far away !!!! We will post pictures of the computer room when it is completed later this week.
