A big congratulations to all of our former pupils for their wonderful achievements in the state exams last year. Colaiste an Spioraid Naoimh recently held an awards night for their highest achievers in both the Leaving Cert and Junior Cert. Of the 17 boys who were honoured, 10 are past pupils of our school. The following boys were the highest achievers in the Leaving Cert:
Eoin Baldwin (English)
James Carr (Construction Studies)
Barry Crowley (Mathematics, design and computer studies)
Patrick Daly (Irish)
Alex Keating (Accounting and Mathematics)
Denis O Sullivan (Biology, Chemistry, French and Applied Maths)
Michael Collins, Sean Gunning, Sean Hinds and Ben Murphy were the highest achievers overall in the Junior Cert.
A huge well done to these 10 students, we are very proud of you here in your old school.
